DRW Films, LLC has been created to produce a new documentary about the Orlando film industry during the heyday of the late eighties to the early 2000’s. DRW consists of three main creators, producer Bob Duane, producer Mark Rickles, and director Christopher Weed. The three have begun work gathering production crew and setting up interviews to be conducted by August of this year.
A new logo for the project has been unveiled that harkens back to that time while also honoring the present day production.
I was part of Bob Allen’s Media Productions group, started as a grip, utility, lighting, audio assist working my way into the camera department by the time the studios came to be.
